I'm Shannon.
I've worked as an adoption consultant for 17 years, and before that I spent time as a professional actress and a story editor in Hollywood, which is a strange combination until you realize both jobs taught me the same thing: how to find the true story inside someone's life and make it land.
I built Adopt Book because I kept watching families, including genuinely talented, creative ones, sit down and struggle with the exact same problem. Not a design problem. A "what matters here" problem. That's the gap I fill.
